Is it safe to share my xPub?
Absolutely! Sharing your xPub only allows for the generation of public receiving addresses. It's impossible for anyone (including us) to access or spend your funds with just an xPub. Your private keys always remain under your full control.
Do you really keep zero logs?
We store only the minimum transaction data necessary to provide our service and power your user dashboard. All sensitive information is encrypted, and we never sell or share your data with third parties. You can view all your stored transaction data from your personal dashboard, and you have the option to delete your history at any time.
Why is there an extra fee for token transactions?
ERC-20 and other tokens require their native blockchain currency (like ETH) to pay for transaction fees when moving tokens. The $1 additional fee covers these network costs to ensure smooth token forwarding.
How do webhooks work in the premium plan?
Our premium plan includes automatic webhooks that notify your system immediately when a payment is received and confirmed. This eliminates the need to poll our API for status updates, providing a more efficient integration.
What happens in case of a security breach?
Thanks to our xPub-based system, even in the extremely unlikely event of a security breach, no attacker could gain access to your funds. Since we never hold your private keys or your funds, there is nothing to steal.
Can I switch between plans?
No, you cannot switch between plans on an existing subscription. However, our platform uniquely allows you to have multiple plans active simultaneously on one account. This gives you the flexibility to maintain separate subscriptions for different needs while managing everything from a single dashboard.
